Mission
In Dec ’21 I was talking to a friend in the Green Tech sector. He told me about the difficult situations innovative companies — espc. startups — find themselves in, when it comes to negitiating deals.
Then it hit me, how insane it is, that I’ve been training corporate and government leaders … why not Green Tech innovators, the people spearheading the changes that will help us mitigate global warming, build circular economies and a achieve sustainability?
That conversation lit a fuse, and Negotiating with Goliath was born.
Negotiation
I’ve spent a decade training everyone from CEOs to teachers to police officers in conflict resolution and negotiation.
If you see negotiation as two or more parties laying the foundations for a collaboration from which they’ll all benefit, then, in a broader sense, life is full of negotiations.
